Announcements will take place after the first hour of the event and 2 hours before the end and then again one hour before the end of the event day. These will be short and informative and will give clarification or information that may be needed to claim prizes or attend certain events.
During registration each day you will receive one 2-piece ticket. Please tear of the small stub and place it in the container corresponding to the door prize you wish to win on Saturday. If you will not be attending Saturday, please also include contact information such as an email or phone number we may reach you at.
Door prize winners will be drawn randomly and will be posted near the registrant table at approximately 9 PM on Saturday July 27. Once posted, door prize winners may claim their prize up until 10 PM Saturday July 27th.
The correct ticket must be shown at time of prize award that matches the stub we have chosen at random from each prize pool.
Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian as delegate.
Arcon will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner of any unclaimed prizes during the event at the email address they provided on registration. Should the prize remain unclaimed by 5:00pm Sunday, May 19, 2019, the prize award will be retained and used at Arcons sole discretion.
